How will it benefit you?By building your fan base, ratings and reviews, you are building your resume. Instead of your hard work going to your employer, you will receive the praise directly. You will also be able to post your work schedule in the 5Star platform, letting your fans know when you are working. The bigger your fan base and the more ratings and reviews you receive, the more powerful you become. You will then be noticed of how much of a star you are by your employer or other employers in the area.

What if another business is interested in me?When you setup your 5Star platform, you can choose to have a businesses contact you using 5Star as your intermediator. We will filter out your current employer so they will not know you are looking for better opportunities. ​ If a new business is opening up, they will reach out to 5Star and we will send them a list of available talent. We will provide them with metrics of who is following you, along with your ranking and reviews. This feature creates opportunities for you to get a better job. To subscribed business partners, we will provide a monthly list of all the Stars in the area. This will include your ratings, reviews, and rank, making sure other businesses in your area know you are a star.

What is included in the Premium subscription?Fan Burst You will be able to share your status page to other fans in your area from within the platform, letting other fans in the area know who you are and where you are. You can Burst out specials, Happy Hours, Etc. once a day to bring fans to you!

Are there in-App Purchases?Yes. You are able to use our AI Resume Builder from our trusted partner for just a small fee. AI will take your ratings and reviews and create a resume for you made by your fans.

What is a Verified Review?Your reviews are based upon an actual interaction with your Fan. The QR scan location and Fan Review location must match for the rating to be posted. A writen review can be added later.

How this is better than a recommendation letter?Anyone can write you a recomendation letter. Your neighbor, your Mom, your friends, but probably not your currrent employer. Do I have to download the Platform to rate the Star?No. The ratings are Web-based until you download the platform.

Does it cost any money to rate the Star?No. Ratings are free and do not require the platform to rate them. You will need to download the platform to write a review for the Star or unlock other premium features.

How do I rate a Star?The Star will present you with a QR code and ask you to rate them.

What if the Star is not on 5Star?If you are a 5Star platform member as a Fan, you can share your QR code with the Star. They can download the app and set up their account. Once they completed the setup, you will be able to rate and review them.

Can I see my Star’s schedule and their promotions?Only with a premium upgrade can you see your Star’s schedule and receive notifications from them. Notifications could include work hour changes, job changes, promotions and discounts.

How is it a Verified Rating & Review?When the QR Code is scanned, the 5Star platform will verify you and the Star are in the same location. This verifies a personal interaction with your Star and therefore, will give validity to your rating.

What are 5Star Fan metrics?The metrics of a Fan will tell you the gender, age range and salary range of the Fans that follow the Stars.

Why do Fan metrics matter?For example, as a bar owner you might be looking at increasing your amount of women that come to your bar. Through metrics, you can find a Star that has the most women following them and hire them if they are available.

What is a Verified Review review?A Star’s reviews are based upon actual interactions with their Fans. You can be confident the ratings and reviews are accurate.

Will I have access to a list of Star’s who are seeking job opportunities?As a member, you can pay for a list of people that are interested in exploring other job opportunities. This list does not include anyone who you currently employ.
